derived Vischeck product, such as stand-alone applications
or plug-ins, implies that you have read
and agreed to the terms described here.
Your use of the Vischeck site ("the Site") and/or of any Vischeck product
("the Product") is at your risk. Vischeck makes no warranties or
representations as to its accuracy and specifically disclaims any liability or
responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the site. Neither Vischeck
nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site
and the Product is liable for
any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising
out of your access to, or use of, or inability to use or access, the Site or
the Product.
Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the site, including downloadable
Vischeck products, is provided to you "AS
IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT

viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your
access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data,
text, images, video, or audio from the Site.
The images generated by the Vischeck simulator are for demonstration purposes ONLY.
Vischeck does not guarantee the accuracy of the vision simulation software demonstrated on
this site. The exact colorimetric balance of the simulated images is compromised by
differences that exist between our display devices and your own.The Vischeck simulation is
not an adequate substitute for full usability testing under any circumstances.
